Vancouver-based cafes, that are popularizing the thoughtful sourcing, roasting and brewing of their own coffee, are on the rise in our city.

The following five coffee roasters are using organic and fair-trade beans to bring freshness, quality and flavour into our cups while keeping the environment and ethical business conduct in mind.
